These Terms govern your access to and use of SPRAPP, operated by BizTransit Sdn Bhd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.
2. Description of Service
SPRAPP is a browser-based platform that enables users to interact with multiple AI language models through a unified interface.
- Chat interface for individual AI model conversations
- Council mode for multi-model deliberation
- Bot configuration, sharing, and management tools
- URL-based document encoding and sharing
Zero-Server Architecture: The Service operates primarily in your browser. Conversations, bot configurations, and user data are stored locally on your device.
3. Account Registration
You may create an account using Google, Apple, GitHub, Facebook, or WeChat. You may also use the Service in guest mode.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Free Tier
Includes free models from OpenRouter and Google Gemini. No credit card required.
4.2 Premium Subscription
Geo-tiered $3-$9 per month USD equivalent, determined automatically via country detection.
4.3 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
- API keys stored in browser localStorage
- Sent directly to provider — we never see them
- You are responsible for security and charges incurred
- Provider terms of service apply
4.4 Payment Processing
Payments processed by Stripe and PayPal.
4.5 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
Your use of AI models is governed by each provider's terms of service. We do NOT store or see your conversations or API keys, and have no liability for provider service quality or availability.
6. Acceptable Use
Subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Service, design, code, and branding are owned by BizTransit Sdn Bhd. You retain ownership of content you create. AI-generated content is subject to provider terms.
AI-generated content is not professional advice. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify BizTransit Sdn Bhd from claims arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Locally stored data remains on your device.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Malaysia. Jurisdiction: courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
13. Changes to These Terms
Material changes communicated via notice 30 days before effect.
14. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
