Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: February 1, 2026

This AUP defines what is and is not permitted when using SPRAPP. Incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited Content

Illegal content violating applicable law
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities
Non-consensual intimate content including AI deepfakes
Violent or terrorist content
Hate speech
Malware and exploits
Fraud and deception
Personal information — doxxing

2. Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Scraping or harvesting via automated means
Denial of service attacks
Spam
Circumventing rate limits or access controls
Reverse engineering except as permitted by law
Reselling without authorization

3. AI-Specific Restrictions

3.1 Disinformation and Manipulation

No false news, fake papers, fabricated reviews
No election or market manipulation
No impersonation of real persons

3.2 Safety Circumvention

Do not bypass safety measures or content filters
No jailbreaking prompts

3.3 Impersonation

No impersonation of real individuals without consent
Do not present AI content as human-written where it matters

3.4 High-Risk Applications

Service is not designed for sole-basis decisions in: medical diagnosis, legal advice, autonomous weapons, critical infrastructure, employment decisions.

4. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

Rate limits may apply
Excessive use may be throttled
Automated use must respect rate limits

5. API Key Responsibilities (BYOK)

You are responsible for key security
Revoke compromised keys immediately
Comply with provider terms

6. Shared Bot URLs

You are responsible for shared content
Shared bots must comply with this AUP
We may disable URLs that violate policy

7. Consequences of Violations

Warning
Temporary suspension
Feature restriction
Permanent termination
Legal action for severe violations

8. Privacy and Data Responsibilities

Zero-server architecture: your data stays on your device. We never see conversations or API keys.

We aim to respond within 48 hours. CSAM reports are escalated immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes communicated via notice on the Service.
